Our Refund Policy

We always do our best to make our customers into satisfied customers!

If you're unsatisfied with any work we've performed, we will gladly issue a refund of the unused portion of any retainer package that you have purchased from Daily Planet.

Retainer packages can be refunded in full within 48 hours of purchase if no work has been performed and a written request is received.

I will provide you with an intial free consultation to ensure that the work gets done quickly and at the lowest price possible.

5% GST charged on all hourly rates and package prices for Canadian customers only.
